| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Diversos benefícios e necessidades levam as organizações a implantarem um sistema Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Em contrapartida, a padronização destes sistemas traz uma grande insatisfação a diversos segmentos industriais, principalmente quando focados no planejamento e controle da produção fabril. Em vista disso, esse artigo foi concebido na ideia de desenvolver um sistema, denominado Sistema Gestor de Produção (SGP), que atenda a tais limitações do ERP de uma indústria de fabricação de embalagens plásticas. Este trabalho obteve êxito quanto a capacidade de planejar e controlar a produção fabril em tempo hábil e de forma eficaz, atingindo assim o objetivo principal do projeto. |
| Abstract: | Several benefits and needs lead organizations to deploy an Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP). In contrast, the standardization of these systems brings a great dissatisfaction various industrial segments, particularly when focused on the planning and control of manufacturing. In view of this, this article is designed on the idea of developing a system called System Production Manager (SGP), which meets such limitations of ERP in a manufacturing plastic packaging industry. This work was successful as the ability to plan and control the manufacturing production in a timely manner and effectively, thereby achieving the main objective of the project. |
